Field notes

A so-called rock licker. Passionate about geology.

Norwegian, but did most of my geology studies in New Zealand because I am as passionate about Lord of the Rings as I am rocks. Other important facts: I play piano, enjoy gaming, hiking, painting, and DIY.

Five years of offshore experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, where I worked as a mudlogger.

Currently expanding my knowledge of Python and GIS tools. While these skills are being maxed out, I will become a planetary geologist and eventually help decide where our next base on the Moon or Mars should be. Dream big or go home, as King Harald V said.
